SUBMISSION OF PHOTOS

All entries (and the copyright thereto) shall become the property of Robert Burton Associates and E-Z wider Cigarette Papers upon submission and will not be returned. Each entrant warrants the originality of each entry submitted by him/her and that he/she owned all rights in each such entry at the time of its submission.
Robert Burton Associates assumes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. Entries and entry forms that are deemed illegal or inappropriate will be disqualified.

General Regulations:
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Each winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the rules and a publicity release within fourteen (14) days after the attempted notification. Each winner must also submit one or more signed model releases, if necessary. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Unless prohibited by law, each winner consents to the use by Robert Burton Associates, and anyone employed by or affiliated with Robert Burton Associates of the winner's name, likeness and image for publicity purposes, without additional compensation. Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on his or her prize(s).

Eligibility:
Entrants must be United States residents and must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Robert Burton Associates., its respective affiliated or subsidiary companies or members of an employee's immediate family and/or those individuals living in the same household of each are NOT eligible.

Judging:
The photographs will be judged based on originality and appropriateness by an independent panel selected by Robert Burton Associates. All judging decisions are final.

Winner Notification:
All potential winners will be notified by email at the e-mail address provided in the online entry submission. Prize winner(s) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release to be received no later than the due date indicated in the notification letter. If any of the required documents are not returned within the required number of days, or if any mail (postal or email) is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited.
